Our colleagues Patricia Camelo and Marcela Miranda have been at the headquarters in Barcelona for some intensive training. During this time, they were able to take an in-depth look at the different speciality products and their performance in different types of formulations as well as visit local clients and our industrial laboratory.

This training has continued upon their return to the subsidiaries in Colombia and Chile, where Patricia and Marcela both hold positions as industry managers in the areas of construction, ceramics, plastics, and adhesives.

We have adopted Salesforce as our CRM system to streamline our processes and provide a better service to our clients.

This new CRM will allow us to streamline internal processes so that our salespeople can spend more time advising and working with clients.

This digitalisation strategy is part of Caldic's commitment to training its team and keeping its members up to date, as well as to continuous improvement and our client focus.
